The Broadform Liability Policy has proven to be a remarkably successful product covering third party liability claims for a wide range of insureds. From the ASX Top 100 to the local café this policy, in one form or another, is an important risk management tool for Australian businesses and an essential product offered by Australia insurers.

For this event we bring the Broadform Liability Policy into the workshop, lay it on the table, break it into parts and put it back together again. By doing that, participants are not only able to better understand how each part of the policy works, but also how the parts work together.

This workshop is specifically designed for insurance professionals and business people working in the areas of insurance and risk. To make the workshop as relevant as possible, we ask that participants bring with them their company’s insurance policy wordings and raise any specific issues which they would like us to consider at the workshop beforehand.
