What is Elevista?
Elevista provides education, training and support to professionals on issues of risk and corporate risk management. We deliver the most up-to-date information available from legal and other sources on relevant, contemporary and emerging topics.
What types of training does Elevista offer?
Elevista programs typically involve face-to-face workshops where participants are encouraged to learn, share, challenge and apply new information to their own experience. We offer a unique learning opportunity that does away with lecturing, and instead encourages active participation and application by students in a safe, relaxed environment.
We provide a number of education and training options including:
- Open Programs - Individual workshops on the very latest developments in risk management issues
- Custom Programs - Programs, workshops and courses developed in partnership with you to meet your specific training needs
- Professional Development Courses - Interactive 6 month courses in insurance and risk disciplines
Elevista programs are designed to deliver you the very latest information from legal and other sources in a practical and collaborative way. You will experience a mixture of ideas, challenges, practical exercises and role-plays so that you can leave with the tools necessary to put new ideas into action.

Once I complete a workshop or program, is there any follow-up support?
Yes. All participants receive practical tools to take away from a completed workshop or program that are relevant to the topic covered.
In addition, you will receive 12 months’ exclusive access to Elevista’s up-to-the-minute member news and information services, including regular email alerts, quarterly (member only) newsletters and Twitter. An open invitation is also extended by our team for participants to contact them at any stage with questions or concerns relevant to the topics covered.
What are Custom programs?
Custom programs are workshops and courses developed in partnership with you to meet your specific training needs. We work with you to design and tailor specific programs which target your particular business challenges and requirements, and align with your values, vision and culture.

Who facilitates the workshops and programs?
Elevista workshops and programs are created and facilitated by Robert Samut and Megan O’Rourke
Both are highly regarded and experienced facilitators, each with many years’ experience providing education and training to the insurance industry and legal profession. They are also experienced and technically accomplished legal professionals in their own right.
